摘    要:研究了虎杖嫩茎愈伤组织诱导和分化、不定芽的分化和生根、试管苗移栽和扦插及田间栽培所需要的条件,并建立起虎杖嫩茎的高效无性系及快速繁殖技术。结果表明:MS+6-BA0.4 mg/L+NAA1.2 mg/L是诱导形成具有分化能力愈伤组织的理想培养基;MS+AgNO30.8 mg/L+6-BA0.3 mg/L+NAA0.1 mg/L是愈伤组织和不定芽分化的理想培养基;1/3MS+IAA0.4 mg/L+NAA0.1 mg/L是不定芽生根培养和试管苗生根继代培养的理想培养基;炉灰渣是试管苗移栽和扦插的理想基质。移植的试管苗具有长势粗壮旺盛、春天发芽早、秋天枯萎晚、根系发达的性状,其他各种性状保持不变。

Abstract:The conditions needed in callus induction and differentiation of tender stem,differentiation and rooting of adventitious bud,transplantation of test-tube seedlings,and field cultivation of Polygonum cuspidatum have been studied,and its regenerative clone and rapid propagation techniques were established.The results showed that the best medium for callus induction was MS+6-BA 0.4 mg/L+NAA 1.2 mg/L.The best medium for differentiation was MS+AgNO3 0.8 mg/L+6-BA 0.3 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L.1/3MS+ IAA 0.4 mg/L+NAA 0.1...
