| 摘 要： | 采用连作土壤(植烟年限0~4年)不施肥盆栽,对土壤及烟株体内中、微量元素含量的变化规律进行了分析。结果表明:随着植烟年限的增加,土壤中交换性钙、交换性镁、有效铜及有效锌含量均呈现先增后减的趋势。连作并没有导致土壤中交换性钙镁比例的失衡。土壤中有效锰和有效铁含量逐渐升高。从连作1季起,烟株中锰和镉不断富集。烤烟叶片抗活性氧毒害的内源保护酶(SOD、POD)活性先升后降。烟株中锰和镉及土壤中镉过度积累可能引起连作障碍。

| Abstract: | The influence of continuous flue-cured tobacco cropping(0~4 years) on the microelement content in tobacco-planting soil and tobacco plant was studied through pot experiment.The results showed that along with the increase of tobacco-planting years,the content of exchangeable calcium,exchangeable magnesium,available Cu and available Zn in the soil presented the trend from increasing to reduction,continuous cropping did not lead to the imbalance of the proportion of exchangeable calcium to exchangeable magnesi... |
