摘    要:通过设初花期和盛花期分别喷施不同剂量棉花花芽分化剂AFD,以全精控和清水为对照的3个处理,研究了AFD对棉花生育性状的影响。结果表明:喷施AFD,可以明显降低株高,增加果节数和桠果节数,有效缩短果节距和主茎节距,塑造紧凑、理想株型;在减少蕾花脱落和促进蕾铃转化方面有效,但在提高单株成铃方面效果不显著。喷施AFD可使铃壳增厚,衣分略有降低,提高单铃重和产量的效果不显著。

Abstract:Different doses of AFD was respectively sprayed in initial flowering period and in full flowering period of cotton in the Poyang Lake region, Quanjingkong and water were designed as controls in this experiment, and the effect of AFD on the growth characters of cotton was studied.The results indicated that spraying AFD could significantly reduce the plant height, increase the number of fruit nodes and secondary fruit nodes, effectively shorten fruit pitch and main stem pitch, and shape compact and ideal plant type.Spraying AFD also could reduce the abscission of cotton buds and flowers, promote the transformation from buds to bolls, but its efficiency was not significant in increasing the number of bolls per plant.The application of AFD could make boll shell become thick, slightly decrease lint percentage, but it was not effective in enhancing both single-boll weight and cotton yield.
