摘    要:比较了不同基本培养基、不同激素及其不同浓度组合对4个番茄栽培品种叶片诱导愈伤组织、不定芽分化及其生根的效果.结果表明:MS+6-BA 3.0mg/L+IAA0.2mg/L+蔗糖30 mg/L(pH=5.8)对愈伤组织诱导及诱导愈伤组织分化不定芽的效果最佳;MS+IAA 0.1mg/L+蔗糖20mg/L培养基对生根最好。

Abstract:The effects of different media with various hormone concentrations on induction of callus, differentiation of adventitious bud and rooting from 4 different tomato leaves were studied. It showed that callus, shoots and roots could be induced in MS medium. The best medium was MS with 3.0 mg/L 6 - BA plus 0.2 mg/L IAA and 30 mg/L sugar , in which callus grew fast and many embryo calli were produced. The best rooting medium was MS with 0. 1 mg/L IAA and 20 mg/L sugar.
