| 摘 要： | 以刺梨未受精胚珠为材料,研究了不同低温预处理时间、基本培养基、生长调节剂以及附加物对刺梨未受精胚珠愈伤组织形成的影响。结果表明:低温预处理3 d,刺梨未受精胚珠愈伤组织诱导率最高,为75.14%;以MS为基本培养基最有利于愈伤组织的诱导;6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 1.0 mg/L为最优的生长调节剂组合,其愈伤组织诱导率高达84.58%;在培养基中添加100 mg/L的AgNO3有利于愈伤组织的形成,而添加Vc有利于愈伤组织转绿。

| Abstract: | The author studied the effects of different factors,such as low temperature pretreatment time,basal medium,growth regulator and additive,on the callus inducement and formation of the unfertilized ovules in Rosa roxburghii Tratt.The results showed that: after low temperature pretreatment for 3 days,the callus inducement rate was the highest,and reached 75.14%.The best basic medium for callus inducement was MS.The best growth regulator combination was 6-BA 1.0 mg/L + NAA 1.0 mg/L,and its callus inducement rate could reach 84.58%.The medium supplemented with 100 mg/L AgNO3 was advantageous to the callus formation,and the medium supplemented with Vc was beneficial to the greening of callus. |
