砧木和生长调节剂对丰水梨果实萼片宿存的影响

摘    要:2011和2012两年,分别以嫁接在豆梨和杜梨砧木上的丰水梨品种为试材,研究了杜梨和豆梨两种砧木,以及PBO、B9和GA3三种生长调节剂和处理时间对丰水梨短果枝和腋花芽果实萼片宿存的影响。结果表明,嫁接在豆梨砧木上的丰水梨腋花芽果实宿萼率显著低于杜梨砧木,但短果枝果实宿萼率在两种砧木间未见显著差异;PBO和B9能显著降低梨果宿萼率,但PBO效果优于B9,PBO处理时期以初花期,浓度以10 g/L为宜,GA3则显著提高了梨果宿萼率。

Abstract:Housui pear varieties grafted on P.calleryana and P.betulaefolia were used as experimental materials in 2011 and 2012,separately.The effects of 2 kinds of rootstocks(P.calleryana and P.betulaefolia),3 kinds of plant growth regulators(PBO,B9 and GA3) and processing time on the calyx persistence of Housui pear fruits which came from short fruit branches and axillary flower buds were studied.The results showed that the rate of fruit calyx persistence from the axillary flower buds in Housui pear grafted on P.calleryana was markedly lower than that in Housui pear grafted on P.betulaefolia.However,there was no significant difference in the rate of fruit calyx persistence from short fruit branches between the two rootstocks.The rate of fruit calyx persistence could be decreased markedly by the use of PBO and B9,but the effect of PBO was better than that of B9.PBO should be applied at the concentration of 10 g/L in initial flowering period.GA3 could increase significantly the rate of fruit calyx persistence.
