中棉所29"在江苏沿海棉区的抗性及生育特性研究

以常规棉品种"苏棉9号"为对照,对转Bt基因杂交棉"中棉所29"在江苏沿海棉区的抗性及生育特性进行了研究,结果表明:"中棉所29"对棉红蜘蛛等刺吸式口器害虫没有抗性,对棉铃虫等咀嚼式口器害虫具有较强的抗性,但其抗性强度逐代递减;"中棉所29"田间的捕食性天敌总量比对照增加32.37%,但其寄生性天敌数量低于后者。"中棉所29"对炭疽病、立枯病和枯萎病具有一定的抗性,但对黄萎病基本上无抗性。"中棉所29"还具有成铃多、铃重高、烂铃多和衣分率低等特点;在非施药区,"中棉所29"的籽棉和皮棉产量分别比对照增加30.17%和22.67%;在施药区,"中棉所29"的籽棉产量比对照增加5.59%,皮棉产量与对照相近;种植"中棉所29"比对照增收节支1476.93元/hm2。

Studies on Resistance and Developmental Characters of "Zhongmiansuo 29" in Coastal Cotton Area of Jiangsu Province

In contrast with common cotton variety "Sumian 9", the resistance and developmental characters of transgenic Bt hybrid cotton "Zhongmiansuo 29" in Jiangsu provincial coastal area were studied. The results showed that "Zhongmiansuo 29" had strong resistance to pest insects of chewing mouth-part type such as cotton bollworm, its resistance becoming lower as the generation of pest insect increases, but no resistance to pest insects of sucking mouthpart type such as two-spotted spider mite. The total number of predatory natural enemy in "Zhongmiansuo 29" field was 32.37% more than that in "Sumian 9" field, while the number of parasitic natural enemy in the former was less than that in the latter. "Zhongmiansuo 29" had certain resistance to anthracnose, Rhizoctonia solani and fusarium wilt, but no resistance to verticillium wilt basically. "Zhongmiansuo 29" had more adult bolls, heavier boll weight, more rotten bolls and lower lint rate than the check. In non-spraying insecticide district, the yield of unginned cotton and lint cotton of "Zhongmiansuo 29" was 30.17% and 22.67% more than that of the check respectively. In spraying insecticide district, the yield of unginned cotton of "Zhongmiansuo 29" was 5.59% more than that of the check , but the yield of lint cotton of two varieties was near. Planting "Zhongmiansuo 29" could increase net income by 1476.93 yuan/hm2 as compared with planting "Sumian 9".
