高压微波消解-原子吸收光谱法测定葡萄中金属元素

摘    要:研究葡萄生产基地葡萄中金属元素含量,选取5个葡萄品种样品50个,采用微波消解仪高压消解样品,石墨炉原子吸收光谱法检测葡萄中金属铅、镉的含量,火焰原子吸收光谱法检测铜、锌、铬、镍的含量。测定不同品种葡萄各样品加标回收率在97%~106%范围内,相对标准偏差(RSD 0.29%~4.28%)≤5%,结果可靠,此法消解样品快速、简便、完全。检测方法省时、准确可靠、精密度高,适用于同类产品金属元素含量的准确测定。

Abstract:To determine the content of metallic elements in grapes from grape production base,50 samples from 5 grape varieties were selected.Firstly,the microwave digestion system was used to digest the samples under high pressure.Secondly,graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was applied to determine the contents of Lead and Cadmium in grape.Finally,flame atomic absorption spectroscopy was conducted to assess the levels of Copper,Zinc,Chromium and Nickel.The results showed that the recovery rate of metalli...
