| 摘 要： | 通过稻草还田中、长期定位试验,研究了连续21年稻草部分还田和连续4年全量还田对油菜籽脂肪酸组成及关键品质的影响效应。结果表明:连续21年稻草部分还田、连续4年全量还田分别与稻草未还田相比,在油菜籽脂肪酸组成上,均表现出油酸含量显著增加、芥酸含量略有下降的趋势,具有改善油脂组成的正向作用;连续21年稻草部分还田的油菜籽硫甙、蛋白质和脂肪含量均劣于秸秆未还田,差异不显著。连续4年稻草全量还田对硫甙、蛋白质和脂肪含量的影响与长期部分还田一致,但其蛋白质、脂肪含量与稻草不还田的差异显著。 |
