外源激素浸种对西葫芦种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响

摘    要:为了探讨不同浓度的外源激素对西葫芦种子萌发、幼苗生长的影响,以叶三、新青一号 品种的西葫芦为研究材料,采用不同浓度的烯效唑、水杨酸、赤霉素浸种对西葫芦种子发芽势、发 芽率及幼苗株高、茎粗、叶面积等生理指标进行测定,可为通过外源激素调控西葫芦生长发育及 种子加工技术提供依据。研究表明,外源激素对西葫芦种子萌发有一定程度的促进作用,其中烯 效唑6 mg?L-1、赤霉素50 mg?L-1两种处理,对西葫芦种子的发芽势及发芽率都达到了显著促 进的作用;烯效唑对幼苗生长发育有抑上促下作用,水杨酸及赤霉素对幼苗生长发

Abstract:In order to investigate the effects of different concentrations of exogenous hormones on the seed germination and seeding growth in summer squash,the effects of preoaking with different concen? trations of Uniconazole Salicylic acid and GA3 on germination potential germination rate,seeding growth stem diameter and leaf area of summer squash were determined with cultivars YeSan and XinQingyi? hao. It can provide a basis for regulation the growth and seed processing of Cucurbita squash by exoge? nous hormones.The results showed that exogenous hormones could promote the germination of seeds , among which,the two most significant effective treatments were Uniconazole 6 mg?L-1and GA3 50 mg? L-1, and the growth and development of seedlings were inhibited by enrozole, Salicylic acid and GA3 had a certain effect on the growth and development of the seedlings.The results of this study were intended to explain the effects of different concentration of exogenous hormones on seed germination and seeding growth of summer squash.
