摘 要: | 本文以百日草种子为试验材料,采用培养皿纸上发芽法和室内模拟单盐胁迫的方法,研究了不同盐浓度Na2SO4(0、50、100、150、200、250mmol/L)和Na2CO3(0、30、60、90、120、150mmol/L)对百日草种子萌发生长的反应,并测定种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数、胚芽长、胚根长等相关指标。试验结果表明:1、不同单盐胁迫下,百日草种子发芽高峰时间推迟,发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数

Abstract: | Based on the Zinnia elegans seeds as test materials, the germination method and the indoor petri
dish paper simulation method of the single salt stress, studies the different salt concentration of Na2SO4 (0,
50, 100, 150, 200, 250mmol/L) and Na2CO3 (0, 30, 60, 90, 120, 150mmol/L) on germination and growth be?
havior of Zinnia elegans seeds reaction, and the determination of seed germination rate, germination poten?
tial, germination index, vigor index, the length of embryo and radicle and related indicators. Experimental re?
sults show that: 1. the different sheet under salt stress, the Zinnia elegans seeds germination peak delayed,
germination rate, germination potential, germination index and vigor index decreased significantly, and as the
Na2SO4 and Na2CO3 this two kinds of the increase of salt concentration, inhibition significantly enhanced;
2. The high concentration of alkaline salt has a significant effect on the growth inhibition of the radicle and
the germ of the seeds, and the growth inhibition of the radicle is stronger. 3. Determine the salinity tolerance
of Zinnia elegans seed: Na2SO4 and Na2CO3 respectively, the appropriate concentrations are Na2SO4
91.12mmol/L, Na2CO3 15.06mmol /L; The semi- lethal concentration of salt tolerance was Na2SO4
150.64mmol /L, Na2CO3 62.23mmol/L; The salt tolerance concentration was Na2SO4 245.88mmol/L,
Na2CO3 137.70mmol/L To sum up, the inhibitory effect of 2 different concentrations of salt solution on the
germination index of the Zinnia elegans grass seed was Na2CO3 > Na2SO4. |
