形势下，现代社会对人才的新需求为出发点，结合作者近年来积累的一点教学经验，探讨了开设
动物学课程的重要意义和必要性；以及几种激发学生的学习兴趣和提高学生自学能力和创新能
力的方法和技巧，旨在达到优化教学效果，培养真正符合国家需求的创新性人才。
