摘    要:用表高油菜素内酯浸种的结果表明:玉米品种铁单10号幼苗的根系活力、根干重、叶面积、地上部干重、充实度,叶绿素a含量、光合速率、玉米素含量均有提高;叶鞘主脉处维管柬细胞径向增大、细胞壁增厚,同时维管柬变大。

Abstract:Maize seeds were soaked with epihomobrassinolide,the results indicated that:The activities and dry weight of roots,leaves area, shoot dry weight,filling degree were enhanced;The content of chlorophyll a and zeatin,and photosynthesis rate rose;The width of the parenchymas and the thickness of the cell walls in leaf sheathes were enhanced,meanwhile the vascular bundle became larger.
