| 摘 要： | 利用混合培养技术，对以甘蔗渣为唯一碳源生产单细胞蛋白进行了研究。结果表明：在以纤维单孢菌（Cellulomonas sp.,Cellulomonas flavogensis）、木霉（Trichoderma sp.）、黑要霉（Rhizopus nigricans）、酵母（Saccharomyces sp.）等微生物进行混合发酵中，由根霉和木霉3号组成的混合菌株对甘蔗渣有较强的分解利用能力。甘蔗渣在未经任何处理的情况下，于32℃振荡培养108h，发酵干产物中粗蛋白含量为260g/kg。
