| Abstract: | A definition of waterlogged land was given,and the connection and distinction between waterlogged land and cropland vulnerable to waterlogging, and wetland were pointed out . The basic tendency for waterlogged land to be exploited and utilized was analyzed; it was put forth that new thinking and major technical channels are for waterlogged land be utilized scientifically and reasonably. |
