鸡球虫耐药性的产生及其延缓措施

综述了鸡球虫耐药性的始源及其危害和耐药虫株的形成与鉴别方法，提出了一套延缓耐药性产生的措施。鸡球虫耐药性的产生是长期使用抗球虫药的结果，是无法避免的；通过超微结构比较、同工酶分析及ＰＣＲ技术可鉴别耐药虫株；要延缓耐药性的产生主要依靠穿梭用药、轮换用药、联合用药、开发中草药等合理的给药方案。

Development of Drug-resistance and Delay Measure in Chicken Coccidia

The source and the damage of drugresistance in chicken coccidia and the development and identification of drugresistant strains were reviewed. A series of reasonable delay measures was put forward. The development of drugresistance results from the longterm use of anticoccidial drugs, which is unavoidable. The drugresistant strains can be identified by comparing ultrastructure, by analysing isoenzymes and by using PCR technique. In order to delay the development of drugresistant strains, the reasonable administrating measures, such as shuttle, rotation, combination programs and exploitation of herbal medicine resources should be taken.
