| 摘 要： | 用研制的K88一K99 PCR诊断试剂盒对湖北省和江苏省的5个猪场238个病猪粪便进行了检测。扩增结果是K88检出率92．0％(219／238)；K99检出率89．1％(212／238)；阳性对照检出率100％，阴性对照未扩增到目的DNA片段。结果表明，运用PCR试剂盒检测具有快速、特异的优点，可同时处理大量样品，且可直接对粪便样品进行检测，值得进一步推广。

| Abstract: | 238 pieces of pig faeces from 5 different pig farms in Hubei Province and Jiangsu Province, were detected with the K88-K99 PCR diagnosis kits. 92.0% (219/238) of the samples had K88 pili and 89. 1% (212/238) of the samples had K99 pili. The positive contrasts were amplified by 100%, while the negative contrasts couldn't be amplified with anything. The results showed that the PCR diagnosis kits could deal with samples faster,more sensitively and more conveniently. The PCR diagnosis kits can examine faeces samples directly. This type of kits should be extended more widely extensive-
ly. |
