作物叶片叶绿素含量与SPAD值相关性研究

摘    要:测定了水稻、棉花、玉米、高梁、大豆等夏季农作物叶片的叶绿素含量和SPAD-502值,确定了两者的最佳相关函数,经检验,均达到极显著水平.用SPAD-502叶绿素计和相关函数可迅速测定作物叶片的叶绿素含量.

Abstract:SPAD-502 readings and chlorophyll content of leaf in rice,cotton,corn,sorghum and soybean were determined.The good correlated relationships were established between the SPAD readings and chlorophyll content in the leaves.Chlorophyll content of crop leaves would be determined quickly using SPAD-502 chlorophyll meter.
