乐果在小白菜中的残留动态研究

摘    要:利用气相色谱法测定小白菜(Brassica campestris)中乐果的残留量,研究了乐果在小白菜中的残留动态。结果表明:乐果在小白菜中的代谢速度较缓慢,露天喷药后5d和大棚内喷药后6d还存在着残留超标现象。同时,人工降雨对喷药后初期残留量的影响较大,水冲洗、水浸泡和洗洁精洗涤等3种不同的洗涤方法对降低残留量到安全水平的效果并不很明显。

Abstract:The residues of dimethoate in Chinese cabbage (Brassica campestris) were studied by the gas chromatography. The results showed that the metabolic velocity of dimethoate in Chinese cabbage was very slow.The residues of dimethoate were higher than the safe standard in five days after pouring dimethoate on the samples in natural condition and in six days under plastic cover. The man made rainfall had great effect on the residues of dimethoate. The three different washing methods had no obvious effect on decreasing residues of the pesticide to the safe level.
