对森林公安高等教育中人才培养路径的思考

针对我国森林公安高等院校人才培养现状，结合深圳大运会安保活动实例，对聘请教官教学、派教师挂职锻炼、学生下单位实习等三种培训途径进行了分析，提出积极参与各类大型社会活动的安保工作是学生积累经验，教师检验教学效果、实践新理论、寻找学科发展新方向的重要途径，要把它当成一项实实在在的教学工作看待，真正把教学、科研和为社会服务三大高教职能紧密结合起来。

Thinking on Personnel Training Methods in Forest Police Higher Education

Aiming at personnel training in the forest police college of P.R.China,this paper took the security work of University games held in Shenzhen as an example and analyzed training methods including engaging police officers,sending teachers to take up a temporary post and letting students to do practice in production units.It suggested that enrollment in various large-scale social activities positively was an important path to accumulate experience for students,test teaching results,carry out new theories and find new directions of discipline development for teachers.The paper also presented that the forest police college should regard these methods as a real teaching work,and closely integrate with three functions of higher education including teaching,research and servicing the society.
