谈高校图书馆对外开放

近年来图书馆界对于“高校图书馆对外开放”这个议题的争论一直持续着。社会呼吁高校图书馆能够对外开放，而高校图书馆在资源储备及利用上的种种优势也决定了它有实现对外开放的条件。许多高校也已经进行了对外开放的尝试。但是，高校图书馆的对外开放也面临种种困难。今后，各高校图书馆应顺应时代潮流，解放思想，转变观念，加强自身建设，为全面对外开放打好坚实的基础，最终使高校图书馆成为真正意义上的“没有围墙的大学”。

Discussion on Opening University Libraries

In recent years, it has lasted for a long time that the discussion on the university libraries opening to the general public in the library field. The public is generally believed that the university library has the advantages of reserves and utilization of resources, they expect university library provide services for off-campus readers. Many universities library made some exploration and attempt; however, Opening to the general public faces all sorts of difficulties. In the future, University library should actively response to social needs, emancipate the mind, change the ideology, strengthen the self building, and lay a solid foundation for the comprehensive opening to the general public. We are looking forward to the library in colleges and universities become the true sense ＂no walls university＂.
