| 摘 要： | 通过对断奶仔猪投服不同剂量的中草药添加剂,研究其对接种猪瘟疫苗免疫调节作用的影响。试验分为对照组和试验组(在注射猪瘟疫苗的同时混饲中草药添加剂),结果表明:断奶仔猪在接种疫苗同时饲喂1%的中草药添加剂,在第15,45 d,试验组T淋巴细胞的百分率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验组猪瘟血清抗体效价明显高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。因此,猪在接种猪瘟疫苗的同时服用中草药添加剂,能显著增强猪瘟疫苗的免疫效果,促进T淋巴细胞的增殖,增强其免疫力。

| Abstract: | In the experiment,the immunity regulative effect of traditional Chinese medicine additive on immunizing swine fever vaccine was studied.The result showed:after the piglets of the test group were injected with swine fever vaccine and administered orally 1% traditional Chinese medicine additive in the meanwhile,the piglets' serum antibody effectiveness was higher than that of the comparison group,the difference was marked(P<0.05).This suggests that together with injection of swine fever vaccine traditional Chinese medicine additive can markedly raise immunity effect,promote proliferation of T-Lymphocyte and develop immunity from disease. |
