链霉菌702产红谷霉素分批发酵动力学研究

摘    要:以链霉菌702 D34为供试菌株,对链霉菌702产红谷霉素分批发酵动力学模型进行研究。建立了该菌株分批发酵合成红谷霉素的菌体生长、产物合成和葡萄糖消耗的动力学模型,并对模型参数进行了非线性回归。结果表明,预测值与实验值有良好的拟和性,说明所建数学模型能较好地描述实际合成红谷霉素的分批发酵过程。

Abstract:Streptomyces702 D34 was used as the test strain to study kinetic models of batch fermentation for mycelial growth,honggumycin production and glucose consumption.The models were developed and provided a reasonable equation for biomass,production and glucose.And parameters were obtained by using non-linear regression techniques.Comparing the experimental data with calculation data,it is concluded that the models are suitable for honggumycin production by Streptomyces 702 by batch fermentation.
