二株微生物絮凝剂产生菌的筛选与特性研究

摘    要:从污泥和污水中筛选到2株活性较高的絮凝剂产生菌:415号和YZ-4号菌株,初步鉴定415号菌株为细菌,YZ-4号菌株为放线菌。415号菌株可使浓度为4000mg/L的高岭土在5min内沉降92.5%,YZ-4菌株则达98.7%。YZ-4菌株在以蔗糖为碳源、硝酸钠为氮源生长时产絮凝活性最高;而415号菌株则以蔗糖为碳源、蛋白胨为氮源时效果较好。415菌株产生的絮凝物质在偏酸性环境下具有较高的絮凝活性,而YZ-4菌株却在较大的pH范围内均具有高的絮凝活性,显示出良好的应用前景。

Abstract:Two strains named 415 and YZ-4, which was preliminarily identified as bacteria and actinomycetes, were screened from the sewage sludge and waste water. They can produce high efficient bio-flocculants. The bio-flocculant produced by the strain of 415 can flocculate 92.5% of the kaolin with a density of 4 000 mg/L in five minutes, while the YZ-4 strain can flocculate 98.7% of it. With the culture medium of sugar as carbon source and sodium nitrate as nitrogen source, the strain of YZ-4 can produce high efficient bio-flocculant, and the strain of 415 can produce high efficient bio-flocculant in the conditions of sugar as carbon source and peptone as nitrogen source. The flocculant produced by 415 strain has high flocculation efficiency in acidic condition. The strain of YZ-4 has high flocculation efficiency in the condition of relatively large pH value and show good application prospect.
