黄底型异色瓢虫鞘翅黑斑变化规律及其数码标记方法

摘    要:异色瓢虫是多种蚜虫的天敌,也是典型的鞘翅色斑表现多态的亚洲物种.对于异色瓢虫鞘翅色斑的变异,长期以来一直为分类学者和遗传学者所注目,并为遗传学研究的重要材料.本研究根据黄底型异色瓢虫鞘翅黑斑变化规律,理论推算应有1024个变异类型,在734号供试标本中出现了106个变异.同时还研究出用数码可以简便地标记1024个任何一种鞘翅黑斑的变异类型。

Abstract:The lady-beetle,Harmonia axyridis is a natural enemy of many kinds ofaphids and an Asian species which has a polymorphism of color pattern.Thevariation of color pattern of this species lady-beetle has long been concernedby the taxonomists and geneticists and is an important experimental materialfor genetics.It was calculated that 1024 types should appear according to therandom distribution of different number and portion of black spots in Har-monia axyridis with yellow background.106 types were found among 734 speci-mens collected.The method of numeral mark introduced in this paper couldmark easily any types of the 1024 black spot variation theoretically.
