| 摘 要： | 简要综述了分子标记在水稻的遗传多样性，构建分子连锁图谱和基因定位，分子标记辅助选择，品种纯鉴定，杂种优势预测及目标基因的早期鉴定和品质性状的分子标记及品质性状改良的基因工程等研究中的应用，并对分子标记技术在水稻遗传育种研究中的应用前景进行了展望。

| Abstract: | The application of molecular of marker techniques in rice genetics and breeding is summarized in this paper as follows: (1)the research of the genetic diversification; (2)the construction of molecular linkage maps and genome mapping; (3)marker-assisted selection; (4)the identification of varieties; (5)the prediction of rice heterosis and early identification of the aimed gene; (6)the marker and development of rice quality, etc. The prospect of application of molecular marker in rice breeding is also discussed. |
