摘    要:以标准霍格兰 (Hongland)营养液为基础 ,设计了 10种不同氮、磷、钾配比的培养液 ,经过 6个多月砂培盆栽培养后 ,对不同处理条件下银杏的光合作用有关参数进行了测定和分析。结果表明 :在一定范围内 ,随着施氮、磷、钾量的增加 ,银杏净光合速率、气孔导度、水分利用效率、羧化效率、表观量子效率、光合能力和最大电子传递速率都随之增加 ,超过一定阈值以后不增反降 ;氮、磷、钾三要素缺乏或过量 ,增加了银杏光呼吸占总光合速率的比例

Abstract:Based on Hongland solution, ten solutions of different N, P, K ratios were prepared for primary study on the influence of N, P, K on some photosynthetic parameters in sand-cultured Ginkgo leaves. The results were as follows: Net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance, water use efficiency, carboxilation rate, apparent quantum effriciency, photosynthetic ability and maxium electric transportation rate in Ginkgo leaves all went up as the concention of N, P, K in solution increased, but went down as the concentration of N, P, K increased to excess. Lack or excess of supply of N, P, K led to higher ratio of photorespiration to mass photosynthetic rate in Ginkgo leaves.
