满江红孢子果空间诱变效应的研究——Ⅱ空间条件对不同品系满江红耐荫性的影响

摘    要:研究了高空条件对不同品系满江红孢子果诱变的效应 ,结果表明 ,高空处理对不同品系满江红孢子果的生长发育有明显的影响1] ,在生物学观察测定的基础上引入生化测定方法 ,探讨不同光照条件下经高空处理与留地对照满江红 3个品系体内多酚氧化酶 (PPO)活性变化趋势。其结果再次表明 ,光照影响各满江红品系的生长速率 ,随着光照强度的减弱 ,各品系的生长速率都下降 ,但在低光照下 ,经高空处理的 19H品系其体内PPO活性明显高于其它品系 ,同样的也比留地对照的同一品系 19CK高 13.8% ,充分说明经高空处理后的 19H品系耐荫性得到明显提高 ,初步论证了以高空诱变作为满江红品种改良手段是可行的

Abstract:The induction effects of the space conditions on different Azolla strains were studied. The results showed that space treatment affected obviously the growth of sporocarps of different Azolla strains, on the basis of biology observation and determination, a biochemical determination was made so as to probe into the variation in the Polyphenol Oxidase(PPO) activity of the tested Azolla strains against the CK strains under different illumination conditions. The results showed once more that illumination affected the growth, following the decrease of illumination, the growth rate of every Azolla strain decreased. but the in vivo PPO activity of 19 H strains treated in space under weak light is obviously higher than that of the other strains, although it was higher than that of 19 CK by 13.8%. It showed fully that the shade tolerance of 19 H strain treated in space had been improved obviously, the space induction could be used as an effective method to reform Azolla strains.
