| 摘 要： | 以福建省５个不我的褐飞虱种群为虫源，通过对褐飞虱基因组ＤＮＡ提取和ＲＡＰＤ分析方法的摸索，结果表明，用ＣＴＡＢ方法提取的５个种群的基因组ＤＮＡ，无降解情况，ＲＮＡ去除较为干净，可用于褐飞虱的ＤＮＡ提取；随机引物筛选结果为，所用的４５个随机引物中５个引物扩增结果完全相同，７个引物出现多态性，扩散带数为４９条具多态笥，占４２．８５％。利用Ｎｅｉ氏相似系数，对５个种群的ＲＡＰＤ－ＰＣＲ结果进行分析，结果

| Abstract: | The DNA of Rice Brown Planthopper collected in different districts in Fujian was extracted by means of CTAB method, and the DNA polymorphism of Rice Brown planthopper was analyzed with RAPD-PCR. In the 45 primers that were tested, 12 were informative and yielded 49 bands, 21 (42.85%) of which were polymorphic bands. RAPD data were used to analyze the genetic similarity in populations of Rice Brown Planthopper, the result showed that there were genetic difference in the 5 populations of Rice Brown Planthopper. |
