南昌霉素A产生菌原生质体诱变选育

摘    要:南昌霉素 A 产生菌———南昌链霉菌( Streptomyces nanchangensis) N A W - 3 菌株经原生质体再生及原生质体紫外线照射处理后,通过摇瓶发酵筛选出高产株 N A W- 3(1) ,其产南昌霉素 A 能力由出发菌株 N A W - 3 的1 383 单位/ m L,提高到1 895 单位/m L,产素能力提高了37 % 。

Abstract:A more productive strain NAW-3(1), which may yield more Nanchangmycin A, has been selected from Streptomyces Nanchangensis NAW-3 by means of protoplast regeneration and protoplast ultraviolet radiation. The ability of Nanchangmycin A production of the mutant NAW-3(1) in shaking flask fermentation has been raised to 1895 r/mL, 37% higher than that of the strain NAW-3 which yield 1383 r/mL.
