| Abstract: | kinds of Sclerotinia(Sa,Sb,Sc,Sd,Se,Sf)were isolated from various plant hosts.Their pathogenicity and induced disease resistance were tested.The results indicated that isola-tor sa had no pathogenicity to both nondetached leaves,stems and detached leawes of rape.When inoculated with isolator Sa,then inoculated with isolator of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum,the plant hosts had only light symptom. Significant difference existed between induced plantand noninduced plant in the disease incidence and disease index. The other 5 isolators of Scle-rotinia,however,had high pathogenicity to the plant hosts.They did not induce disease resis-tance in rape,but worsened the disease. |
