蛭弧菌对草鱼免疫相关酶活性的影响

摘    要:对草鱼基础饲料喷洒蛭弧菌制剂,喷洒量分别为0(对照),2 mg/g,5 mg/g,8 mg/g,10 mg/g,于第21 d,42 d分别测定草鱼血清和肝脏中免疫相关酶的活性。结果表明,AKP活性变化特点是:肝脏中AKP活性在第21 d,42 d时,实验组与对照相比,均有显著升高(P<0.05)。血清中AKP活性,第21 d时,实验组均呈现上升趋势,但与对照组相比无显著差异(P>0.05)。第42 d时,实验组与对照组相比,均有显著差异(P<0.05)。ACP活性变化特点是:血清中ACP活性,第21 d,42 d时,实验组与对照组相比,均有显著差异(P<0.05)。肝脏中ACP活性,第21 d,42 d时,实验组与对照组差异极显著(P<0.01)。SOD活性变化特点是:第21 d,42 d时,肝脏和血清中SOD活性均有小幅度升高,但是实验组与对照组相比,均无显著差异(P>0.05)。综合本次研究结果表明,饲料中添加蛭弧菌能对草鱼体内免疫相关酶系统产生积极地调理改善作用,使其非特异性免疫力得到改善与提高,结合养殖成本,建议其适宜添加量为5~8 mg/g。

Abstract:The experimental dietary levels of Bdellovibrio bacteriovorus were 0(control),2mg/g,5mg/g,8mg/g,10mg/g respectively.After 21 days,42 days feeding,the results were as follows: Compared with the control,on the 21~(st) day and the 42~(nd) day of the trial,the activities of AKP in livers of grass carp were significantly promoted(P<0.05).While,the activities of AKP in sera increased gradually on the 21~(st) day,no significant differences were observed between the control and the experimental groups(P>(0.05)).However, on the 42~(nd) day,there were significant differences between the control and the experimental groups((P<0.05)).Contrasted with the control,on the 21~(st) day and the 42~(nd) day,the activities of ACP in sera increased significantly(P<0.05) and the activities of ACP in livers had a highly significant increase(P<0.01).The activities of SOD in sera and livers showed a small trend of ascent on the 21~(st) day and the 42~(nd) day in the experimental groups.but were not significantly different from the control(P>0.05).In conclusion,Bdellovibrio bacteriovorus can improve the non-specific immunity in the grass carp.For the immuno-modulatory effect of Bdellovibrio bacteriovorus with economy and efficiency taken into account,the suitable dosage of 5~8mg/g is suggested.
