南丰蜜橘品质评价指标的聚类分析

摘    要:以20个不同产地杨小-26南丰蜜橘为试材,对其单果重、果形指数、出汁率、囊瓣数、化渣度、可溶性糖、可滴定酸、Vc、SSC等9个主要果实品质指标进行了观测。主成份分析结果表明,前6个主成份的累积贡献率达95.20%,将前6个主成份特征向量进行系统聚类分析,在最大距离为1.00时可划分为5个类别:可滴定酸、Vc单列为一类,果形指数与出汁率、化渣度与囊瓣数分别聚为一类,单果重、可溶性糖和SSC 3个指标同聚为一类。因此,简化后的5项果实品质评价指标可以反映南丰蜜橘品质的绝大部分信息,为科学评价南丰蜜橘果实品质提供了理论依据。
