| 摘 要： | 以雄性不育株宁杞5号和可育株宁杞1号为试材,研究了花蕾发育过程中游离脯氨酸含量、游离氨基酸、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质和丙二醛含量的动态变化。结果显示:花蕾发育过程中,宁杞1号花蕾游离脯氨酸和游离氨基酸含量变化均呈先上升后下降的趋势,而宁杞5号花蕾游离脯氨酸含量呈先上升后下降,游离氨基酸呈含量呈持续下降趋势;在花蕾发育各时期,宁杞5号花蕾可溶性糖、丙二醛(MDA)和可溶性蛋白质含量均高于宁杞1号,几种物质含量在宁杞1号和宁杞5号花蕾发育各时期的变化趋势有所不同。
