分形理论在植物根系结构研究中的应用

摘    要:根系结构是影响植物生长的重要因素,本首次探讨了分形模型在植物根系结构研究中的应用,并以马尾松为例分析了马尾松根系结构与分形维数的关系,结果表明:马尾松细根含量越低,根桩含量越高,生长越好,分形维数越小,根系结构的各级含量,根桩量以及胸径,树高与植物根系结构分形维数之间存在显的回归关系,分形模型可以应用于植物根系结构特征的研究,从而为植物根系结构研究提供新方法。

Abstract:The root structure is an important factor to affect the plant's life. In this paper, the fractal theory is firstly used to study the root structure of plant. As an example, the fractal dimensions of the root of Masson Pine were calculated and the relations between the root structure and the fractal dimension were inquired. The results indicate that the less the content of their small roots, the better the plants live and the less the fractal dimension of root structure; that there are remarkable regression relationship between the content of each diameter class, the weight of the big root, the diameter, the height and the fractal dimension of the root. The fractal model can be used to study the root structure of plant so that it will provide a new tool for research of root structure of plant.
