采煤塌陷区农田整治规划设计技术的研究进展

摘    要:井工煤矿开采使大量土地沉陷,土壤结构和质量受到了极大破坏,尤其是对耕地的损毁,直接威胁到地区乃至国家的粮食安全,因此,探究采煤塌陷区农田整治规划设计具有重要意义。目前,关于农田整治规划设计的研究较多,但结合采煤塌陷这一特殊背景的相关研究较少,此研究从田块的平面规划设计、田坎的稳定性分析、灌排工程的规划设计以及多技术支持下的农田整治规划设计4个角度出发,系统梳理了采煤塌陷区农田整治规划设计方面的研究进展,并在此基础上提出了采煤塌陷区农田整治规划设计深入研究的方向:1)加强基于地上修复与地下开采相结合的田块规划设计;2)开展丘陵山区抗塌陷的田坎设计;3)系统研究基于塌陷前后岩土参数差异性的防塌性措施;4)完善三维技术下的农田整治规划设计。

Advances in the Research on Farmland Remediation Planning and Design Techniques in Coal Mining Subsidence Areas
Abstract:Underground coal mining makes a lot of land subsidence,soil structure and quality have been greatly damaged,especially the destruction of farmland,which becomes a direct threat to regional and national food security,therefore,to explore the progress of farmland remediation planning and design in coal mining sub?sidence areas is of great significance.Currently,there are plenty of researches on farmland remediation planning and design,but little affention has been paid the relevant research on the particular background of coal mining subsidence.This paper,from four angles,systematically summarizes the relevant researches on field planning, including plot planar planning and design,ridge’ s stability analysis,irrigation and drainage engineering and multi?technology application in farmland remediation planning and design.Furthermore,it puts forward direc?tions for further study on farmland remediation planning and design in coal mining subsidence area: 1) strengthening plots planning and design based on the combination of ground repairing and underground mining;2) collapse resistance design of ridge in hilly regions;3) system research on collapse prevention measures based
on the variations of geotechnical parameters arising from subsidence;4) perfecting the application of three di?mensional technology in farmland planning and design.
