摘    要:合理评价耕地综合质量是基本农田划定与高标准基本农田建设的重要前提与基础。从耕地自然质量、利用条件、空间形态、生态安全4个方面选取13个指标构建江西省贵溪市耕地质量综合评价体系,以综合指数模型在GIS平台上实现指标量化分析与耕地质量综合指数测算,并根据测得的耕地质量综合分值,结合土地利用总体规划及城镇发展的要求划定贵溪市基本农田。研究结果表明:1)依据加权指数和模型计算得到的贵溪市耕地综合质量分值在58.51,97.78],耕地质量加权平均综合指数为81.89,耕地综合质量整体较优。2)通过耕地质量综合评价和布局调整优化,贵溪市划定的基本农田面积为45 413.25 hm2,基本农田综合质量分值较调整前增加了5.58。该研究可以为县域基本农田划定与高标准基本农田建设提供科学依据。

Delimitation of Permanent Basic Farmland Based on the Comprehensive Evaluation of the Quality of the Cultivated Land in Guixi City
Abstract:Evaluating the quality of cultivated land comprehensively and systematically is an important prerequisite and groundwork in demarcation of prime farmland and high-standard prime farmland construction. A comprehensive evaluating system for cultivated land quality was constructed by means of selecting 13 indica-tors from the natural quality,site conditions,spatial pattern and ecological security of cultivated land. With the help of the GIS,using the comprehensive index model,the study achieved quantitative analysis of various inde-xes and calculation on the cultivated land comprehensive index.And according to the measured quality of culti-vated land comprehensive scores,combined with the overall planning of land use and the requirements of urban development,the basic farmland in Guixi City was demarcated.The results are outlined as followers:1)The com-prehensive quality scores of the cultivated land were between58.51,97.78],the weighted average comprehensive index of cultivated land quality was 81.89,and the overall quality of the cultivated land was comparatively good.2) The area of the cultivated land reached 45413.25 hm2 and the quality evaluation scores increased by 5.58 in Guixi City by adjusting the spatial distribution, which not only completed the cultivated land protection tasks,also enhanced the comprehensive quality of the cultivated land. The study results play a practical and guidable role in planning the prime farmland protection zone and constructing high-standard prime farmland in the city.
