微波对枯草芽孢杆菌诱变效应的研究

摘    要:利用微波诱变技术对产淀粉酶枯草芽孢杆菌7658进行了微波诱变效应的研究。通过对稀释液、菌悬液浓度、微波照射时间及照射距离等参数做单因素平行实验,对枯草芽孢杆菌7658的HC值以及液化作用进行比较和分析,得出各参数的最优组合,同时测定变异菌株的遗传稳定性。研究结果表明最佳诱变条件为:稀释液选用生理盐水,菌悬液浓度为10^6个/mL,照射时间为45s,微波强度为低火。

Abstract:The paper focuses on the mutagenic influence of microwave Irradiation on B. subtilis 7658. By parallel experiment of adjusting the diluent, concentration of bacteria suspension, microwave irradiation time and strength ,the optimum composition of parameters was obtained through comparing and analyze the HC volue and liquefaction of the variation strain of B. subtilis 7658, and the genetic stability of the variation strain was tested. The experiment shows that the optimum conditions are physiological brine as diluent, irradiate 45 s, low strength of microwave,and 10^6/mL of bacteria suspension concentration.
