摘    要:1-甲基环丙烯(1-MCP)是一种新型乙烯作用抑制剂,它能有效地抑制植物对内源或外源乙烯的敏感性,因而在果蔬贮藏保鲜上具有很大的潜在应用价值。从1-MCP的作用机理和特点方面对其在果蔬采后保鲜上的应用前景作了详细阐述,并就1-MCP在应用中存在的问题提出建议。

Abstract:1-MCP is a new ethylene action inhibitor which can inhibit ethylene responses effectively in various plants,so it has great potential for utilization in storage and fresh-keeping of fruit and vegetables.In this paper,the authors put forwerd a detailed expatiation on the prospect of application of 1-MCP in storage and fresh-keeping of fruit and vegetable through the studies of mechanism and characteristics,and comes up with several suggestions to the problems existing in the application.
