油罐底泥无害化及资源化

从油罐底泥的特性出发 ,分析了油罐底泥处理的必要性和经济性 ,介绍了国内外的油泥处理技术 ,以及本课题组在油罐底泥处理方面开发的国产化整套设备、处理流程和工业性处理试验结果。试验处理效果良好 ,碳氢化合物回收率达到 95 %以上 ,处理后废水符合排放污水处理装置的要求 ,残余污泥减量为原来的12 .2 % (质量比 ) ,可送砖瓦厂烧掉 ,为油罐底泥处理的国产化、资源化提供可借鉴范例

Harmless and Resourceful Treatment of Sludge from Oil Tank

This paper analyzes the necessity and the economic advantage of the treatment of sludge from oil tank based on the characteristics of the sludge, and introduces native and foreign technologies for the treatment of oil-sludge, the homemade complete set of equipment, the treatment scheme and the results of the experiment on the industrial treatment of sludge carried out by the authors. The experiment was very successful. The recovery rate of hydrocarbon reached 95%, the waste water after treatment fulfilled the demand of the processing plant, the residue reduced to 12.2% which could be used as a fuel for brickyards. This treatment has set an example for harmless and resourceful disposal of sludge from oil tank.
