白羽番鸭脂联素基因外显子1与肉质、TC和TG的关联分析

摘    要:采用PCR-SSCP法对白羽番鸭脂联素基因外显子1进行SNP检测,并分析SNP对肉质、血清总胆固醇(TC)和甘油三酯(TG)的遗传效应。结果表明,检测到3种基因型(AA、AB和BB)和2个等位基因(A和B),AA和A分别为优势基因型和优势等位基因,序列比对发现在外显子1存在1个SNP位点:A167G,为沉默突变,该位点在白羽番鸭群体中表现为中度多态,处于Hardy-Weinberg平衡状态(P>0.05);最小二乘法分析表明,AA基因型个体的肌内脂肪(IMF)和血清总胆固醇(TC)显著高于BB基因型个体(P<0.05),而失水率则显著低于BB基因型个体(P<0.05)。结果揭示,A167G位点对脂肪沉积、失水率和胆固醇浓度可能有显著的遗传效应。
