| 摘 要： | 本研究采用二联吡啶作为诱变剂，诱导被孢霉菌株Ｌ８突变，筛选高产不饱和脂肪酸的突变株Ｌ８３，碘值最高达８０．２，比出发菌株提高１５．９％。经过培养基和培养条件的调整，进一步提高碘值到１０２．３，提高了２７．５６％，经气相色谱ｒ－亚麻酸含量达７．０％，较理想的培养基及培养条件为：麦芽糖５％、尿素０．６８、ＫＨ２ＰＯ４０．３％，ＣｕＳＯ４ ２．５ｍｇ／ｋｇ，ＣａＣｌ２１００ｍｇ／ｋｇ、ＦｅＳＯ４２００ｍ
