| 摘 要： | 将经鉴定为PCV2阳性无菌处理的组织样品匀浆液接种到无PCV污染的PK15细胞中传代,PCV2病毒组织培养特性是添加D-氨基葡萄糖可有效地促进PCV2病毒的增殖复制,但病毒致细胞不产生病变,不能直接观察。应用PCR方法检测组织细胞培养物中的病毒增殖和增殖滴度,测定了PCV2病毒收获时间,试验表明PCV2病毒在PK15组织培养可连续传代,增殖病毒。

| Abstract: | PCV2 positive tissue homogenate was sterilized by filtration and cultured on PK15 cells without PCV contamination.The cultural character of PCV2 was that D-glucosamine promoted the proliferation of PCV2 effectively.But it could not be observed directly because no CPE was presented.PCR method was applied to detect the proliferation condition and titer of PCV2 and to determine the harvest time of PCV2.The results showed that PCV2 could proliferate and passage on PK15 cells. |
