| 摘 要： | 对遂川金柑果实的营养成分，包括糖、酸、果胶、氨基酸、维生素、蛋白质和人体必需的矿质元素（Ｋ，Ｃａ，Ｎａ，Ｍｇ，Ｍｎ，Ｃｕ，Ｚｎ）进行了测定分析，结果表明遂川金柑果实中糖类、蛋白质、β－胡萝卜素、Ｋ、Ｃａ、Ｆｅ等营养物质含量丰富，且有较高的营养价值，值得进一步研究与开发。

| Abstract: | Deals with the nutrition composition of the Fortunella spp. The experimental results showed that: The nutrition material contents in the fruit of the Fortunella spp. were rich and of higher nutrition value. It is worth further study and dovelopment. |
