摘    要:本试验应用4种不同的益生素(光合菌组Ⅰ、光合菌组Ⅱ、芽胞杆菌组及复合菌组)饲养鲤鱼.测定鲤鱼肠道内容物中蛋白酶和淀粉酶(AMS)含量,算出蛋白酶比活和淀粉酶比活。结果显示:试验组鲤鱼的蛋白酶和淀粉酶比活均高于对照组(P〈0.05),且4个试验组中复合菌组蛋白酶和淀粉酶比活又高于其它试验组。

Abstract:To calculate the proteinase's specific activity and the amylase's specific activity in the intestine of carps, the amounts of proteinase and amylase after feeding the carps with four different probiotics(photosynthetic bacterial (PSB)group I,PSB group II,bacillus group and compound biologics group)were tested. The results revealed that both the proteinase specific activity and the amylase's specific activity in each of the experimental groups were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05), among the four experimental groups the proteinase's and amylase's specific activity of the compound biologics group was higher than that of other groups.
