摘    要:对黄河三角洲滨海盐碱区白蜡、刺槐、臭椿林地的土壤养分、酶活性及微生物进行了研究。结果表明:与臭椿相比,白蜡林地的土壤有机质显著增加,其它理化性质得到显著改善。刺槐对土地的改良效果优于臭椿。土壤中脲酶活性刺槐林地(白蜡林地(臭椿林地,白蜡林地的过氧化氢酶和过氧化物酶活性最大,刺槐林地中等,臭椿林地最低。白蜡林地细菌数量最高,真菌数量刺槐林地>臭椿林地>白蜡林地,放线菌的数量刺槐林地>白蜡林地>臭椿林地。

Abstract:The soil nutrients,enzyme activities and microorganisms of soil under different tree species in the saline-alkali soil of coastal district of Yellow River Delta,were studied.The results showed that compared with Sophora japonica L.,organic matter content of Fraxinnus chinensis Roxb.stand can significantly increase and other physical and chemical properties of soil can accelerate.The benefit of Robinia pseudoaca L.stand was superior to Sophora japonica L.stand.The urease activity of per tree was in the order of Fraxinnus chinensis Roxb.stand >Fraxinnus chinensis Roxb.stand>Sophora japonica L.stand.The activities of catalase and peroxidase in Robinia pseudoaca L.stand were the greatest among the three stands,while both of the enzyme activities in Robinia pseudoaca L.stand was greater than in Sophora japonica L.stand,in a word,those enzyme activities were lowest in Sophora japonica L.stand.The bacteria amount of Robinia pseudoaca L.stand was the highest among the three test stands.The number of fungi in stands was Fraxinnus chinensis Roxb.> Sophora japonica L.>Fraxinnus chinensis Roxb.The number of actinomycetes in stands was in the order of Fraxinnus chinensis Roxb.>Fraxinnus chinensis Roxb.> Sophora japonica L.
