| 摘 要： | 在水稻开花期间，通过剪去穗部部分枝梗和叶片等处理，形成不同的库源比，研究其与叶片衰老的关系1]。结果表明，杂交水稻W6154/早特青源库矛盾大，叶片衰老快，降低库尖比，能明显减缓其叶片中蛋白质，叶绿素含量的下降和丙二醛含量的升高，说明杂交不稻叶片早衰与其库源比较大有关。

| Abstract: | The relationship between the leaf senescence and source/sink ratio in hybrid rice was studied. The results showed that the leaf senescence of hybrid rice was correlated with sink/source ratio, reducing sink/source ratio significaroly delayed leaf senescence as indicated by higer chlorophy and protein levels and lower malondialdehyde content in flag leaves. |
