摘    要:以青钱柳叶为原料,以乙醇为溶剂,超声辅助提取总三萜化合物。对提取液乙醇体积分数、料液比和提取时间3个主要因素进行单因素和正交优化实验,并对提取级数和正丁醇萃取次数进行探索。结果表明:体积分数为65%乙醇提取液、1:12料液比、30min提取时间为优化参数,优化条件下得率为9.19%;乙醇溶液2级提取和正丁醇2次等体积萃取,总三萜化合物提取较为完全。

Abstract:Three major factors such as extraction solution concentration of alcohol,ratio of material and extraction solution and extraction time in the ultrasonic-assisted extraction of total triterpenoids from Cyclocarya paliurus leaves were studied by single factor experiments and orthogonal experiment,and series experiments of extraction and extraction times of BuOH were also studied.The results indicated that 65% of alcohol solution,1:12 between material and extraction solution and 30 minutes for extraction were ...
