锥栗采穗圃无性系测定与选择的研究

对结实期内锥栗无性系测定林进行观察 ,经统计分析表明 ,调查性状无性系间有极显著差异 ,其中高产无性系是低产无性系产量的 11倍 ;用坐标法对锥栗无性系的丰产特性进行划分 ,从中筛选极高产的 4 0、19、2 4、36、33、14号无性系和高产的 38、2 7、4 5、2 5、17、18、2 3、5 8、30、2 6号无性系。对锥栗 15个性状的遗传参数进行估算 ,表明在产量差异中 ,遗传性的因素占有很大的比例。因此 ,从优树无性系中进行“优中选优”能产生显著效果 ,是提高单位面积产量的重要因素之一。

Studies on the Selection and Clonal Test of the Scion of Castanea henygi Rehd et Wils in the Nursery

The forest of Castanea henrgi for clonal test was observed in the course of bearing fruit.The results of the statistical analysis showed that there were extremely significant differences in the survey characteristics among different clones. The output of the high-yielding clones was 11 times as much as that of the low-yielding clones. The characteristics of bumper crops of Castanea henrgi were divided with the method of coordinate. The results of selection showed that the clones of extremely high yield were 40,19,24,36,33 and 14,and those of high yield were 38,27,45,25,17,18,23,58,30 and 26. The estimated genetic parameters of 15 characters of Castanea henrgi showed that genetic factors played an important rde in the difference of output. Therefore, selection of fine from clones fine trees was one of the important measures to raise the per unit yield of Castanea henrgi Rehd et Wils.
