南昌市蔬菜有机磷农药残留快速检测试验

摘    要:对南昌市2005年6月~2006年3月的蔬菜采用酶抑制显色化学动力学方法进行了检测,结果表明南昌市蔬菜有机磷农药残留平均为8.10%,其中茄果类的残留最高,为12.32%,叶菜类残留最低,为3.68%。并对酶抑制显色化学动力学方法快速检测农药残留的优缺点进行了讨论。

Abstract:The vegetable varieties in Nanchang from June,2005 to March,2006 were examined by the enzyme-repress color-showing chemical dynamics method.The results showed that the average rate of organophrous pesticide residue in vegetable varieties is 8.10%.Eggplant-fruit varieties showed the highest residue rate,while leaf-vegetable varieties the lowest.And the characteristics of the mensuring method is discussed in this paper.
